Melbourne singer-songwriter Chris Williams released his debut single, ‘Shining on You’, in 2016 and since then he has been nominated for a Southern Star Award for CRS Australian Independent Rising Star Male, a Tasmanian Independent Music Award for Country Rising Star and an ICMA Award for Most Popular Independent Male Artist. His track ‘City Lights’ has been streamed over 300 000 times on Spotify.

In late February he released the track ‘Born to Fly’, an uptempo country-rock track that Williams sings with passion and positivity, giving you no choice but to feel motivated and inspired after you hear the song. He has now created a suitably joyful video to accompany the song, and the video is having its premiere on this site. The clip was made by Jay Seeney, who has been nominated for three Golden Guitars for his work as a video producer, most recently at this year’s awards for ‘Rainy Day’ by Travis Collins. Seeney has a talent for matching the mood of the music to the setting of a video, and in ‘Born to Fly’ he’s created a clip that will make you smile the whole way through, just as the song does.
