After winning 12 Golden Guitars and selling hundreds and thousands of albums, with two years of live music not happening and so much changing in music and the world, it might be tempting, if you’re Adam Brand, to maybe not release music for a while, to just wait and see what happens. Instead Brand has released an outstanding album, All or Nothing. It contains songs he wrote long ago as well as those more recently penned but it’s a portrait of the man and artist as he is now, appreciative of the past and the present, and looking to his future. I was given the opportunity to interview Brand in person recently, so this video looks a little different to the others and the sound quality isn’t the same as interviews recorded on Zoom, but it was a wonderful chance to talk to him in depth about his new work.
