In March 2023 Victorian artist Stefanie Duzel will release her debut album, The Other Side, which she began recording two years ago with producers Lachlan Bryan and Damian Cafarella. At the same time Duzel was managing her venue, The Macedon Railway Hotel, through lockdowns – then a fire tore through the premises in 2021, and ultimately that was the demise of the business. Through it all Duzel persisted with her music and she now has an album ready to release and shows booked.
