Angus Gill is a Golden Guitar winning singer, songwriter, musician and producer who always has one interesting project or another on the go. His latest is the album Departure & Arrival, recorded with Seasons of Change, who also appeared on his album 3 Minute Movies. Across all of his music Gill is a thoughtful, observant songwriter who excels at selecting details of life which become stories in his songs.
Gill is in the middle of planning a departure of his own, to Nashville, Tennessee. For a prolific songwriter and songwriting collaborator, it’s a natural destination. Before then, though, he is looking ahead to the 2024 Tamworth Country Music Festival, where he’ll play two shows, on 21 and 26 January, and you can find details on his website.
