Delilah Rose is an artist originally from Western Australia, now resident in Queensland, who released the album Moxie in 2022; the latest – and last – single from the album is ‘Jack’s House’. As Delilah Rose and the Gunslingers she released the EP Good Grief! in 2018. She is also the host of The Song Café and of Australian Songwriting Retreats.
The next instalment of The Song Café takes place at The Cave Inn in the Brisbane suburb of Woolloongabba on Thursday, 25 January 2024 at 7 p.m. and is a First Nations focused event featuring Sue Ray, Aunty Maggie Walsh and Georgia Llewellyn. You can buy tickets here.
Rose also runs the Crap Song Club as an extension of Australian Songwriting Retreats and the next one starts on 31 January – more details here. On top of all of that she writes songs and runs a household with young children, and mentors other artists, and has an expansive view of creativity and creative practice.
